Subject: Mailing list for circulating information regarding administrative matters

Description: The wlg-admin list is for administrators and staff who wish to disseminate or receive work-related information on administrative matters
e.g. lost parcels, share-a-ride, stationery requests etc. This list will not be monitored, however, staff will be responsible for the
information they contribute and will need to ensure that it is workplace appropriate. All emails must adhere to the Email and Internet Use
policy on the Policy Guide website http://www.massey.ac.nz/massey/fms/PolicyGuide/Documents/ITS/Email%20and%20Internet%20Use%20Policy.pdf.The wlg-admin list will not be used for:personnel external to Massey, personal related information, chain letters, advertising (except where Massey-
specific), ad hoc requests and notices.

How to use the wlg-admin list:

* To submit emails use wlg-admin@lists.massey.ac.nz
* All messages will be sent from name wlg-admin (and email recipient)

Important: If you want replies to go directly to yourself or another individual, you must enter a
RSVP or REPLY TO email address in the text of your email
- Emails can be sent in html and text formats
- Attachments of up to 5Mb may be allowed
